- Cauliflower 15 oz
- Potato 0 oz
- Frozen green bean pods 30 tablespoons
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the leek into pieces 2.5–3 cm long and lightly sauté in butter.
Step 2
Add the leek, cauliflower, and diced potato to boiling salted water.
Step 3
Five minutes before cooking is finished, add the green peas and parsley leaves.
Step 4
Before serving, stir in the sour cream.
