  • Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 3 tablespoons

Step 1

Cut the leek into pieces 2.5–3 cm long and lightly sauté in butter.

Add the leek, cauliflower, and diced potato to boiling salted water.

Step 3
