  • Cauliflower 1 head
  • Celery stalk 1 piece
  • Carrot 5 pieces
  • Parsley 2 stalks

Step 1

Cook the meat broth.

Step 2

Break the cauliflower into florets (if the florets are large, cut them into 2-4 pieces), slice the carrots into rounds, and add everything to the strained broth; then add the celery, salt, and simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes. You can add 1.5 - 2 tablespoons of rice at the beginning of cooking.

Step 3

2-3 minutes before the cooking is finished, remove the celery stalks and sprinkle the soup with finely chopped parsley.
