Cauliflower quiche
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- 3.2% Milk 5 fl oz
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Cauliflower 10 oz
- Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Emmental cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
The cake layers and sauce are prepared according to the recipe — just be sure to add mustard to the sauce.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil in a small pot, then add the cauliflower and blanch it for two to three minutes. Transfer the blanched cauliflower to a bowl.
Step 3
Arrange the cake layers on a rack lined with parchment paper. Place diced Emmental cheese into them, followed by the separated florets of cauliflower. Carefully pour the sauce over the filling in the layers.
Step 4
Place the rack in an oven preheated to 390°F for forty minutes.
