Ingredients
- White bread 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
- Adjika 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro 2 sprigs
- Suluguni Cheese 0 oz
- Chili Flakes a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a tablespoon of mustard oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Add the butter.
Step 3
Place the piece of white bread in the oil. Fry for 2 minutes over high heat.
Step 4
Then let it cool.
Step 5
Spread mustard on the sandwich.
Step 6
Rinse and tear the cilantro leaves.
Step 7
Place half of the cilantro on the sandwich. Top with slices of suluguni cheese.
Step 8
Season with chili flakes.
Step 9
Put it in the microwave for 1–2 minutes to melt the cheese.
Step 10
Top the sandwich with the remaining cilantro and serve.
