- Dried Apricots 15 pieces
- Low-fat lactose-free milk 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 10 pieces

Step 1
First, place all the cottage cheese in a bowl. Next, add the dried apricots, previously cut into cubes. Then, pour 10 egg whites into the bowl. Mix everything thoroughly and fill a baking dish with the mixture. It is extremely important (if you are on a diet or simply advocate for healthy eating) not to grease the dish with oil, but to line it with parchment paper instead.
Step 2
Place it in the oven and wait for about 20 minutes. To check for doneness, the casserole should not be jiggly in the center when you shake the dish.
