Cashew, Banana, and Date Tartlets
Ingredients
- Cashew 5 oz
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Pitted olives 17 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend the cashews and 5–7 dates in a blender or food processor with 4 tablespoons of water until finely crumbed.
Step 2
Using a teaspoon, distribute the mixture into molds and press down. Don't try to make very high edges; half a centimeter in height is sufficient.
Step 3
Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Step 4
For the cream, slice the bananas into rounds and place them in the freezer 30 minutes before preparation. Then blend until creamy. Set aside in the freezer.
Step 5
For the caramel topping, blend the dates with a small amount of water (5–6 tablespoons) until creamy.
Step 6
Before serving, remove the bases from the freezer, carefully release them from the molds, and distribute the banana mixture on top. Add half a teaspoon of topping on each.
