Ingredients
- Carrot 15 oz
- 7 Grain Flakes 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
- Sour Milk 5 fl oz
- Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Dark Chocolate 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the carrot on a fine grater, add quick-cooking flakes, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Then add the eggs, sour milk, and olive oil. Mix the dough.
Step 2
Grease the baking pan with olive or vegetable oil. Pour the dough into the pan and place it in a preheated oven at 180–390°F for 40 minutes. Check the readiness of the pie with a stick or toothpick. The stick should come out dry.
Step 3
Prepare the chocolate by grating it on a fine grater. Remove the finished pie from the oven. Place it on a plate. Sprinkle with grated chocolate while the pie is still warm.
Step 4
Serve the pie with whipped cream, any syrup, sour cream, or nuts.
