Ingredients
- Carrot 20 oz
- Milk 0 qt
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Dry yeast 5 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the carrots, cover with hot water, cover with a lid, and boil until soft.
Step 2
Peel the boiled carrots, mash them, pour in the milk, and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add a cup of flour to the boiling puree, mix well to avoid lumps, then pour in 250 ml of milk or water (add gradually while stirring); then beat in the eggs, add another cup of flour, mix well, pour in the yeast dissolved in 250 ml of water, stir, and let the dough rise.
Step 4
After 2 hours, add salt to the dough, mix in 2 tablespoons of warm butter, 7.5 g of sugar, stir, add 125 g of flour, and knead for 15 minutes in a warm place until the dough starts to bubble.
Step 5
Then place the dough in a warm place, covering it on top. When the dough rises, it's time to bake the pancakes.
