Ingredients
- Turnips 4 pieces
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Orange zest 2 tablespoons
- Crabapples 6 pieces
- Ground Oats 1 cup
- Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Honey to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, puree the oranges (with zest) and carrots with a sweetener (honey/agave syrup/maple syrup/tigernut syrup/stevia extract) until smooth.
Step 2
Add the flour (grind the oat groats into flour in a coffee grinder or blender) and chopped apples, then add the cinnamon.
Step 3
Transfer to a parchment-lined baking dish and bake for about 30-40 minutes at 180-375°F in a preheated oven.
