- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 5 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Milk 1 tablespoon
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece

Step 1
Melted butter mixed with milk, add the egg.
Step 2
Add sugar and mix well.
Step 3
Add flour and baking powder.
Step 4
Grate the carrot on a fine grater, add it to the batter.
Step 5
Grease the muffin tins with butter, fill them with the batter, about 2/3 full. Bake at 355°F for about 15-20 minutes.
