- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
- Carrot 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Raisins 0 oz
- Pecan 0 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In one bowl, combine all the liquids: eggs, oil, and pineapples. The pineapples are considered liquid because they are used along with their juice. First, drain the juice, then mash the pulp directly in the can.
Step 2
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, grated carrots, chopped nuts, and raisins.
Step 3
Combine the contents of the two bowls, mix until smooth, and pour the batter into the molds. Bake at 355°F for twenty-five minutes. Decorate the finished muffins with mascarpone using a piping bag.
