  • Cottage cheese 5 oz
  • Honey 2 teaspoons

Chop the oats and walnuts.

Grate the carrot.

Mix all ingredients except for the cottage cheese and honey.

Step 4

Make thick pancakes in a skillet; these will serve as the layers for the cake.

Mix the cottage cheese and honey; this will be our cream to spread between the pancakes.

Take a pancake, spread with cream, place the next pancake on top, and so on.
