Wash the carrots, boil them, peel, cut them nicely, and sprinkle with sugar.
Step 2
Take the lemon, use a sharp knife to remove the peel, blanch it in boiling water (drain the water). Cut the blanched peel and boil it in sugar water for 1 hour (until soft).
Step 3
Add the lemon flesh, sliced into thin rounds, to the prepared carrots, along with the boiled lemon peels. Cook everything until the syrup thickens and the carrots become transparent.
