Ingredients
- Carrots 20 oz
- Cornmeal 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Chopped Tarragon Leaves 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the carrots into strips about 1 cm thick and mix with cornmeal and a small amount of black pepper.
Step 2
Toss with vegetable oil, spread in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping once after 20 minutes. Mix a little salt with tarragon and sprinkle over the cooked carrot fries.
