Description
A filling can also be made from ripe pumpkin.
Ingredients
- Turnips 5 lbs
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the carrots, wash them, and cut them into small pieces. Place them in a pot. Add 120 ml of water and one tablespoon of oil. Cover the pot and simmer the carrots until tender.
Step 2
Chop the cooked carrots, season with salt to taste, add a teaspoon of sugar, oil, and mix well.
Step 3
Then add chopped hard-boiled eggs to the carrots and mix.
