- Turnips 2 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Parsley to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves

- Cream 5 fl oz
- Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon

- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook vegetable broth using one carrot, one onion, and parsley stems.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
Step 3
Add diced fresh carrot and sauté for a couple more minutes.
Step 4
Combine the sautéed mixture with the cooked part and continue cooking until the carrots are tender.
Step 5
Blend the finished soup until smooth.
Step 6
Add warm cream, ginger, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Heat the soup a little more, stir, and serve. It pairs best with sour cream, fresh herbs, and crispy croutons.
