Ingredients
- Carrot 15 oz
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Vanillin to taste
- Sugar 0 oz

Step 1
Grate the carrots. Simmer with water (you can add a little milk) until cooked.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 3
Mash the cottage cheese well with a fork, mix it with the egg yolks, sugar, and vanillin. Add raisins.
Step 4
Combine the cottage cheese mixture with the carrots.
Step 5
Whip the egg whites until fluffy. Gently fold everything together.
Step 6
Pour into the baking dish.
Step 7
Bake for at least half an hour.
