Description
If desired, finely chopped nuts can be added to the batter. Servings of pancakes — 2–4, depending on the portion size.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Carrot 1 piece
- Desiccated coconut 3 tablespoons
- Milk ½ cup
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Vanillin 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the carrot on a medium grater (you will need about 0.5 cup of grated carrot).
Step 2
Mix the carrot, shredded coconut, sugar, and vanillin. Stir well.
Step 3
Add the milk and gradually add the flour while stirring. The mixture should be thick and creamy.
Step 4
Fry the pancakes on both sides in butter or vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown. Serve with sour cream, syrup, or honey.
