Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 15 oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Semolina 5 oz
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the semolina in kefir and let it sit for 30 minutes. Beat the eggs with sugar.
Step 2
Then add the cottage cheese and mix. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Combine all the casserole ingredients and transfer to a greased baking dish.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30 minutes.
