- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Kefir 0 fl oz
- Semolina 0 oz
- Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Vanillin to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg with sugar. Pour kefir over the semolina and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Then add the cottage cheese, mix, and grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Step 3
Mix all the casserole ingredients, transfer to a greased baking dish, and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 30 minutes.
