- Carrot 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Baking Powder 1½ teaspoons
- Dried Rosemary 1 teaspoon
- Citrus Zest Mix a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the carrot on a fine grater and squeeze out the juice.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar until frothy using a mixer. Stir in the carrot, flour, baking powder, mint, and zest. Mix well.
Step 3
Grease the bottom of the baking pan with oil and pour in the batter.
Step 4
Bake for 35 minutes at 355°F.
