- Carrot 20 oz
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the carrots.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients (starting with the dry ones) and blend in a blender.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a pre-greased mold or use parchment paper. Place in a preheated oven at 355°F and bake for about 50 minutes.
Step 4
For the sauce, you can use reduced cream with a small amount of honey.
