- Stale Bread 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Sugar ½ cup
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Raisins 5 oz

Step 1
Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Step 2
Peel the pre-cooked carrots and pass them through a sieve. Add the dry grated bread, egg yolks, sugar, and softened butter to the resulting mass. Mix until fluffy and add the raisins.
Step 3
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the main mixture. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake in the oven until cooked through.
