Ingredients
- Carrot 10 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel 2–3 medium-sized carrots, boil them (it’s better to overcook), cool down, and mash into a puree. Add sugar and mix (optionally, you can add 10 grams of vanilla sugar). Add the eggs one by one, whisking with a whisk.
Step 2
Gradually add vegetable oil, flour, and finally the baking powder to the batter. Mix gently. Optionally, you can add ground walnuts to the batter.
Step 3
Grease the baking dish with butter, pour the batter into the dish, and place it in a preheated oven (355°F) for 40 minutes.
