Ingredients
- Scallions 5 oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Toasted Sesame 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the chopped green onions in olive oil. Add the thinly sliced carrots and lightly sauté them together with the onions. Add lemon juice mixed with honey. Simmer for a few minutes.
Step 2
Pour in the chicken broth and simmer for a little longer.
Step 3
Then remove from heat, add chopped cilantro, and blend.
Step 4
Serve by drizzling a little olive oil into the bowl of soup and sprinkling a pinch of toasted sesame seeds on top.
