- Celery salt 0 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Semolina 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1½ pieces
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the carrot and celery, and chop the onion. Sauté the prepared vegetables until soft in a small amount of water, then add the butter, salt, and hot water along with the milk.
Step 2
Bring the soup to a boil, add the toasted semolina, and cook for another 7–8 minutes, after which stir in the eggs.
Step 3
Before serving, sprinkle with herbs.
