  • Kefir 1 cup
  • Semolina 4 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Activated Baking Soda a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Grate the carrots (3 pieces) on a coarse grater and pour kefir over them.

Step 2

Add semolina, flour, salt, sugar, egg, and raisins - mix well.

Step 3

Grate the apples (3 pieces) on a coarse grater, add to the mixture, and mix.

Step 4

Add baking soda, quenched with vinegar (a teaspoon), and mix.

Step 5
