Ingredients
- Unleavened dough 20 oz
- Carp 20 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the carp fillet into pieces and salt it.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin rounds.
Step 3
Chop the onion.
Step 4
Roll out 2 circles of yeast dough. Place the potatoes, fish, and sprinkle with pepper on one layer of dough. Top with onion and add salt. Cover with the second layer of dough.
Step 5
Let it rest for a bit and bake in an oven preheated to 355°F until cooked through.
