- Brown Sugar 15 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
If possible, choose medium-sized oranges. Slice the fruit into rounds about 0.5 cm thick.
Step 2
Take a deep skillet, sprinkle brown sugar on the bottom, and layer the oranges on top. Repeat the process: layer of sugar and layer of oranges. Finish with a layer of sugar. Pour in the water.
Step 3
Simmer covered on low heat for 2 hours. Add more water if necessary.
