- Water 5 fl oz

Step 1
Slice the fruit into circles 0.5 cm thick.
Step 2
Take a deep skillet, sprinkle brown sugar on the bottom, and layer the oranges.
Step 3
Repeat the process: a layer of sugar and a layer of oranges.
Step 4
Finish with a layer of sugar.
Step 5
Pour in the water.
Step 6
Simmer covered on low heat for 2 hours.
Step 7
Add more water if necessary.
