Ingredients
- Almonds 5 oz
- Hazelnuts 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Honey 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare a large sheet of parchment paper. Grease it with oil.
Step 2
In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the sugar and honey.
Step 3
Cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Add the hazelnuts and almonds. Mix well.
Step 5
Spread onto the parchment in a thin layer.
Step 6
Sprinkle with water. Cool and break apart.
