Ingredients
- Butter 0 oz
- Brown Sugar 0 oz
- Bananas 4 pieces
- Dark rum 0 fl oz

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the softened butter and brown sugar. Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise, then cut them in half crosswise. Place the bananas in the butter and gently mix.
Step 2
Place the bananas on the grill and cook, turning once, for about 5 minutes on each side, until they caramelize and a crispy crust forms. Be careful not to burn the sugar.
Step 3
Transfer to plates and drizzle with rum. Serve hot.
Step 4
Preheat the grill well.
