Description
You can skip the butter and just pour the sugar into the pan. These bananas pair well with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
- Butter 0 oz
- Bananas 3 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the bananas and cut them lengthwise, then cut each half into pieces about 3–4 cm long.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pan, add the sugar to the pan, and without stirring, keep it on the heat until it melts.
Step 3
Coat the banana pieces first in powdered sugar, then dip them in the melted sugar.
Step 4
Flip the bananas and fry on the other side. Place them on a plate and wait a bit for the bananas to cool.
