Ingredients
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Bananas 3 pieces
- Brown Sugar ½ cup
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Cream 1 cup
- Vanilla Ice Cream 0 lbs
- Chopped almonds ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter over medium heat in a skillet, place the halved bananas in a single layer, and sprinkle with sugar. Slightly increase the heat and fry the bananas for about 3–4 minutes, carefully flipping them once, until the sugar starts to caramelize. Transfer the bananas to 4 serving bowls or plates, leaving the remaining caramel in the skillet.
Step 2
Pour the cream into the skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring, until the caramel dissolves. Then add the chocolate with a pinch of salt and stir until smooth.
Step 3
Top the bananas with scoops of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Sprinkle with walnuts on top.
