Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, mix together the butter, sugar, molasses, and eggs, then add salt, wheat sprouts, soybean flour, dry milk, sesame seeds, yeast, wheat flour, sunflower seeds, milk, and baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly. Gradually fold in the raisins, nuts, and oats.

Grease the muffin tins with butter. Fill them with the batter and bake for about fifteen minutes until golden brown, checking for doneness with a toothpick. Let cool, remove from the molds, and serve.
