
Capital Muffins with Chocolate

Description
28 muffins were made in the muffin tins. With ice cream, they are twice as delicious.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Salt a pinch
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Cognac 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla salt to taste
- Butter 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the butter until white, add the sugar and beat until fluffy.
Step 2
Add the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition.
Step 3
After adding the third egg, the mixture should be homogeneous and fluffy. Now you can add the salt and cognac, and beat again.
Step 4
Sift in the flour and baking powder, and mix well.
Step 5
Grease the muffin tins with butter, and fill them with the batter. After the first layer of batter, I placed a piece of chocolate, then added more batter on top. As a result, the chocolate ended up on top.
Step 6
Bake for 20–25 minutes at 355°F. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
Step 7
After baking, remove the muffins from the tins, cool them, and dust with powdered sugar.
