- Butter 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz

Step 1
Make a well in the flour, add 1 egg yolk, softened butter, and sugar. Mix everything well and let it rest for a while.
Step 2
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 centimeter.
Step 3
Use a canestrelli cookie cutter, which resembles a flower with six petals, to shape the cookies. Before baking, brush the tops with egg yolk.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 285°F for about 20 minutes, until the cookies turn golden brown.
