- Apple Wine 1 glass
- Cherry 5 lbs
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon
- Light Molasses 5 oz
- Green peppercorns 2 spoons
- Allspice berries 8 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine sugar with two cups of water and bring to a boil. Cook until thickened for five minutes. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the wine, allspice, black pepper, molasses, and zest. Simmer for twenty minutes.
Step 2
Add the berries, turn off the heat, and let it cool. Transfer the cherries with the syrup to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for a week.
