Ingredients
- Canned Mackerel in Oil 1 can
- Potato 2 pieces
- Rice 3 spoons
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Carrot ½ pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Water 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, chop them, and bring them to a boil.
Step 2
After 10 minutes, add the rice.
Step 3
While everything is boiling, prepare the sauté: onion, carrot, and tomato.
Step 4
25 minutes after the potatoes start boiling, add the canned goods and the sautéed mixture along with spices to taste (I add coriander), and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. The soup is ready!
