Ingredients

  • Canned Mackerel in Oil 2 cans
  • Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Udon Noodles 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Bring water to a boil. Cut the potatoes into strips and add them to the water.

Step 2

Meanwhile, grate the carrot, finely chop the onion, and sauté them in vegetable oil.

Step 3

You can toast the noodles in the microwave by placing them on a plate for 2 minutes (they become golden and less mushy).

Step 4

Add the chopped canned fish, sautéed vegetables, and noodles to the potatoes in the pot.

Step 5

Add salt and pepper to taste. You can also add a bay leaf.

Step 6

Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
