Description
This recipe is designed for a 4-liter pot. You can use any canned fish: mackerel, pink salmon, etc. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- Canned cod liver ½ kg
- Potato ½ kg
- Onion 2 heads
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Rice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and set them to boil.
Step 2
You can add some rice to the pot (to taste).
Step 3
Sauté the onion and carrot. Add them to the pot.
Step 4
Mash the canned goods with a fork and add them. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
