Ingredients
- Pitted Wild Apricots 5 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless 5 oz
- Almond 0 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Cognac 5 oz
- Sesame bun 2 spoons
- Cocoa Powder 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the prunes and raisins, then soak them in cognac for 2 hours.
Step 2
Chop the nuts in a blender, add the prunes and raisins (drain the cognac). The mixture should form a thick, sticky mass. With damp hands, roll into balls.
Step 3
Coat the candies in cocoa powder and sesame seeds (you can also use ground nuts).
