- Activated Baking Soda 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Butter 2 spoons
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Milk 1,30 glasses

Beat the eggs, add 1 1/3 cups of milk, salt, sugar, and mix well.

Melt the butter and let it cool. Add the butter to the dough and mix well. Finally, add the flour and baking soda, and mix everything thoroughly, using a mixer on low speed if desired.
Step 3
Fry the pancakes on both sides in a hot skillet greased with sunflower oil.
