Calzone with Mint and Ricotta
Ingredients
- Fresh Mint ½ bunch
- Unleavened dough 20 oz
- Ricotta cheese 15 oz
- Nettle 5 oz
- Olive Oil ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the greens, dry them, and chop coarsely. Add ricotta, oil, salt, and pepper to the greens. Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 2
Divide the dough into 4–5 pieces. Roll out on a floured surface. Place the filling, fold in half, and pinch the edges.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the calzones on it, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes (until cooked).
