  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Sugar 4 tablespoons
  • Starch film 1 tablespoon
  • Pitted Wild Apricots 5 oz
  • Cookie 5 oz

Crush the cookies by placing them in a plastic bag and rolling over them a few times with a rolling pin.

Then melt the margarine, let it cool slightly, and beat in the egg.

Mix the cookie crumbs and margarine with the eggs.

Fill the baking dish with the mixture. You can line it with foil; those lucky enough to have a non-stick dish don’t need to do this.

With a damp hand, lightly 'press' and level the future crust.

Now prepare the filling. Cut each California prune into 3-4 pieces.

Now place the prunes on the crust.

Prepare the filling. Whisk together the sugar, eggs, starch, and sour cream.
