Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1½ cups
- 20% Sour Cream 10 oz
- Sugar 1½ cups
- Baking Powder 3 teaspoons
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Cognac 3 teaspoons
- Poppy seed paste 5 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Condensed Milk 1 can
- Raisins 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bake 3 layers. For the first layer, mix (½ cup of flour, sugar, sour cream, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of cognac, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder) + poppy seeds. For the second layer, use the same ingredients + raisins. And for the third layer, use the same ingredients + nuts.
Step 2
Bake the layers in a well-greased pan at 355°F for 20 minutes.
Step 3
While the layers are baking, prepare the cream. Whip 250 g of softened butter with condensed milk and a melted bar (100 g) of chocolate.
Step 4
Let the layers cool and spread the cream on them. You can sprinkle nuts or chocolate on top.
