Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Sugar 1½ glasses
- Sour Cream 1½ cans
- Wheat Flour 1½ glasses
- Poppy seed paste 5 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 0 oz
- Walnuts ½ glasses
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Condensed Milk 1 can
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the raisins (seedless) and pat them dry.
Step 2
Prepare 1 cake layer: 1 egg, 0.5 cup of sugar, 0.5 cup of sour cream, 0.5 cup of flour, a pinch of baking soda, and crushed nuts.
Step 3
Prepare 2 layers: 1 egg, 0.5 cup of sugar, 0.5 cup of sour cream, 0.5 cup of flour, a little baking soda, and poppy seeds.
Step 4
Prepare 3 layers: 1 egg, 0.5 cups of sugar, 0.5 cups of sour cream, 0.5 cups of flour, a pinch of baking soda, and prepared raisins.
Step 5
Bake each layer in a round baking pan greased with butter for 20–25 minutes at a temperature of 180–390°F.
Step 6
While the cake layers are baking, prepare the cream: using a mixer, whip the cream, then add the softened butter and condensed milk (do not cook). Whip until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Step 7
Stack the finished cake layers on top of each other, spreading cream between them in the following order: nut layer, poppy seed layer, raisin layer.
Step 8
Garnish with grated chocolate and shredded coconut, if desired.
Step 9
Let it sit for a few hours in a cool place.
