Ingredients
- Hazelnut 20 oz
- Condensed Milk 20 oz
- Butter 10 oz
- Egg white 5 pieces
- Sugar 10 oz
- White Chocolate 20 oz
- Irca Mirror Glaze 10 oz
- Red Food Coloring 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the cream, crush 200 g of hazelnuts into a fine crumb using a blender. Whip the condensed milk with the butter using a mixer until smooth, then add the crushed hazelnuts and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Crush 400 g of hazelnuts into fine crumbs using a blender. Whip the egg whites with a mixer and sugar until a smooth mixture forms, then add the hazelnuts and mix well. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, spread the batter for the cake layer onto the paper, and bake in a cake mold for 40 minutes at 230°F.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate in the microwave along with the glaze gel, add food coloring, and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Spread the cream between the layers while assembling the cake. Leave it in the refrigerator for 1.5 to 2 hours. After chilling, coat the cake with glaze.
