  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Safflower Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • White Cabbage 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

To prepare the dough, pour 450 ml of sour kefir into a bowl, add sunflower oil, the egg, salt, sugar, half a teaspoon of baking soda, and a cup of sifted flour. Mix well.

Step 2

Finely chop the white cabbage and sauté it slightly.

Step 3

Pour a little less than half of the dough into a greased form, add the cabbage. Pour the remaining dough on top. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, preheated to 355°F.
