Ingredients
- White Cabbage 0 lbs
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
- Greens to taste
- Morels 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Mineral water 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil ⅓ cup
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead the dough, cover it in an airtight container, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2
During this time, prepare the filling: chop the cabbage and sauté it until cooked in a deep skillet.
Step 3
Set aside a quarter of the dough, roll out the rest into a sheet, and line a baking dish with it. Evenly distribute the filling.
Step 4
From the small piece of dough, roll out a lid, cover the cabbage with it, and seal the edges. Make holes on the top to allow steam to escape.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven (355°F) for 40 minutes.
